Interim HRD support for growing city based insurance firm

We are currently working with an ambitious city based insurance group who required an interim solution to cover them during a period of significant growth and change.

We were able to provide an experienced HR professional whose role was to lead on a number of change initiatives whilst upskilling the HR team. Akenham supported the process by providing extra resources and expertise as required.

This approach means that the client only pays for the support that they require, when they require it. The interim worked for 4 days a week at the start of the project and moved down to 3 days as the HR team grew in expertise. For each HR project we were able to assess whether the work was best carried out in-house, as part of the interim’s role or as an outsourced solution.
