Restructuring at global transport operator

Akenham have recently worked with a well known travel brand to help them restructure their offering both here and overseas. This has required TUPE, redundancy consultations, Outplacement, an interim HR response plus additional resources to cover short term capacity issues. The client told us they appreciated our flexibility and the ability to turn on and off support as they required. This made for a smooth transition and provided a responsible level of support to the staff that were affected.

TUPE Transfers

Akenham recently supported the acquisition of one company by another. As part of the acquisition there were some movement of people between sites, some merging of roles and TUPE consultations that needed to take place. The timetable for the acquisition changed several times and we were applauded for our flexibility and our ability to react quickly when the moment finally came.

Integration project

Akenham has recently worked with a London based investment organisation which spun out from two leading investment groups.
