What We’ve Done
Training Academy for ISG
Akenham have worked closely with ISG, an international construction services organisation who pride themselves on ‘setting the standard’ for construction services through providing consistently high levels of delivery and innovation. Of particular note is the part they played in the development of the highly acclaimed London Olympic Park.
Akenham have supported ISG in creating the Academy, the learning backbone of the organisation. The Academy supports the development of personal skills, leadership capabilities and organisational learning at every level within the business. In particular Akenham have developed a Graduate programme, three levels of Leadership & Management programmes, a PDR platform and executive 360 feedback and coaching.
